Baking is always magic, but there's something extra magical, for me, when it comes to bread. I love baking and love to bake all kinds of pastries, cakes, bikkies - all those wonderful goodies and treats. But bread? Baking bread is something beyond that, even. <br /><br />Oh! I definitely agree with you about The Fresh Loaf. It is an absolutely brilliant resource for all things baking. Next to you and your blog, TFL is my go-to baking expert.<br /><br />Thanks for sharing this with us, Jane.
