Finally, a scone that’s buttery, tender, soft, and delicate. Mmm. Literally the best thing that I’ve made.

I used a slightly different recipe than yours with less flour – so the dough was not dry at all! And the scones came out super moist! I hope to try yours soon and compare!

http://thekitchenkook.blogspot.com/2013/02/the-best-most-perfect-scone-recipe-ever.htmlThe Kitchen Kookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01696403291870305428noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8825290557185698676.post-88484592186314523552012-10-04T23:26:26.174-04:002012-10-04T23:26:26.174-04:00Hi Jane,

I would like to make these scones and I was wondering if when you say canned pumpkin do you mean the chunks of canned pumpkin or can I use canned pumpkin puree? This has always been my favourite time of year. And cinnamon - cinnamon, to me, is an autumnal spice. Don't know why I feel that way - perhaps it's the colour of it? Reminding me of autumn leaves, maybe?

Cinnamon chips inside a gorgeous, warm, autumnal pumpkin scones - heavenly!junenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8825290557185698676.post-22651815971792253362012-09-30T20:32:20.666-04:002012-09-30T20:32:20.666-04:00I agree..autumn is nothing without pumpkin baked i...I agree..autumn is nothing without pumpkin baked into something great!
