If gummy, as I suspect, is the texture still pleasing?
eck0731@yahoo.com
Thanks!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8825290557185698676.post-30036175666183060612011-07-09T14:49:40.389-04:002011-07-09T14:49:40.389-04:00All that fruit would make for such sweet delicious...All that fruit would make for such sweet deliciousness in every bite. It looks so exotic, like a starfish, in dried form, but honestly it didn't taste too good and that's why I left it out of this recipe. Thanks so much for visiting again. I just dashed over to Dinners & Dreams and your latest post, with all the citrus fruit, looks yummy.
Warmly,
Jane :)

Hey there WarmVanillaSugar,
I am looking forward to trying spelt flour in other recipes now. Maybe toss a little in when I make cookies and so forth.
Thanks for stopping by,
Jane :)

Hi Naptime,
Scones are wonderful in general, aren't they? I agree with you.
Keep on baking!
Jane :)

Hi VanillaBeanBaker,
Thanks! Yep, you're right--I liked the colorful effect of the fruit. The tropical fruit aspect was a nice change from the norm, too. Something different than the usual stuff like raisins, etc.
Warmly,
Jane :)Janehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09530631702237541328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8825290557185698676.post-48191388028713736152011-07-07T10:13:47.252-04:002011-07-07T10:13:47.252-04:00These scones look wonderful.
