I assume it was a cup?<br /><br />On another note, there is nothing like a true muffin for breakfast or snack. Have you noticed that all of the store-bought muffin--from supermarket bakeries included--are merely an over-sweetened cake mix (ugh!) and not a true muffin? In order to get a true muffin these days, you have to bake it yourself? Must everything bought in stores these days have an intense sugar fix in addition to all the carbs? I've, on the other hand, never put granola in a muffin!
